Our Team

GP Singh
GP brings over 15 years of experience in the transportation industry. Before founding ByteCurve, he served as SVP of Sales and Marketing and SVP of Fleet Maintenance at National Express Corporation. GP also played a lead role in the IT transformation and integration projects after the acquisition of Laidlaw International / Greyhound by First Group America.
GP began his career as a management consultant and advised clients in various industries including Sears, where he spearheaded large scale IT and business process initiatives. GP is excited to bring his business acumen and deep domain experience to our transportation industry clients.
I have two wonderful daughters. I love to spend rainy evenings playing board games and reading books with them. When the weather permits, we love to stay active and spend time outside.

Jonathan Agenten
Jonathan is a 12-year veteran of school bus transportation industry with background in telematics and Saas solutions. As a hands-on asset for his customers, he has been providing sales support and direct sales to telematics fleets from different vendors for over 10 years focusing on school transportation.
Jonathan graduated with BS in Psychology from Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee and resides in SE Wisconsin today. Jonathan is an avid outdoorsman and spends most of his free time hunting, fishing, and hiking with his wife and 4 children.

Ranga Gopalan
Ranga is responsible for aligning ByteCurve’s solutions and services with clients’ business strategy and goals, and ensuring that these are delivered in a timely and effective manner. Ranga brings a wealth of experience in the implementation of complex technology solutions from his prior consulting and IT Management roles.
Ranga led the product team that built an innovative application leveraging GPS and Vehicle Telematics technologies to track and manage all aspects of student transportation operations at Laidlaw Education Services (later acquired by FirstGroup). He also worked on a similar system at National Express, playing a key role in the definition of the solution concept and the subsequent implementation of the system.

Keerthi Arun

Ryan Moore
Ryan began his career in business development within the Transit Technologies family, representing Passio and TripShot solutions across the country before bringing his experience and relationships to the Bytecurve and BusHive team.
He joins Bytecurve focused on expanding the K12 and public transit market across the Southeast, based out of Charlotte, NC. A UNC Charlotte graduate and MBA holder from LSU Shreveport, Ryan will be responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships throughout the region.

Jean Conner
Jean’s primary role with Bytecurve is Sales Support, where she plays an integral part in the sales team, working directly with student transportation leaders to guide them through education on the Bytecurve 360 solution.
Holding a degree in psychology and with experience gleaned from owning two franchises while working closely with small businesses, Jean has honed skills in building meaningful partnerships and contributing to the growth of diverse enterprises.
With more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, she has developed a strong passion for creating lasting connections with clients and becoming an essential part of their teams.

Jerry Ortega
Jerry has over a decade of experience across multiple industries, specializing in fleet technology, SaaS solutions, and hardware sales. He has a strong track record in managing complex projects, driving growth, and leading teams to success. As an Enterprise Sales Manager at ByteCurve, he provides support to K-12 districts in the western US. Having supported some of the largest fleets in North America his expertise spans fleet operations, telematics, and fleet management software solutions. Building strong relationships, improving safety and efficiancy, and ensuring customer success are his top priorities. Jerry is based out of Colorado, and in his free time he is actively involved in coaching competitive soccer and martial arts instruction. He also values family time with his wife and 3 children.

Matt Fleshman
Matt has over 25 years’ experience in creating business applications including 10 years in the transportation industry. He enjoys crafting innovative applications that elevate the customer experience and simplify the business process.
Matt is responsible for leading, designing, and developing all mobile application initiatives and their integrations into the ByteCurve platform. In addition to this he plays a key role in designing and building integrations to third-party platforms that streamline processes.

Mike Peters
Mike brings over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with 6 focused in the telematics and fleet management industries.
Before joining the Bytecurve team in 2021, Mike has served in various Systems Administration and Customer Support roles in the public and private sectors.
Mike’s primary responsibility is stewardship of the Bytecurve Customer Support team.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology, complemented with a minor in Business Administration from Ball State University.

Dylan Flora
Dylan is primarily responsible for handing customer support inquiries and creating documentation outlining features of our software for the users.
He brings his previous experience working as a Systems Analyst in the K-12 industry as well as a passion for problem solving and critical thinking that align well with his role.
Dylan graduated from the Ball State University, where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Kate Potapchuk
I have a master’s degree in computer science and 12 years of experience in testing. When I was a junior in high school, I learned a programming language. It was at that moment when I knew I wanted to work in the Software Development field. Being one of the first hires in Bytecurve, I was a part of a team that has nurtured BC360 into a successful and thriving application it is today.
I have two wonderful daughters. I love to spend rainy evenings playing board games and reading books with them. When the weather permits, we love to stay active and spend time outside.

Tad Eness
Tad Eness leads all things Reporting at ByteCurve. Tad brings over 20 years of experience in IT development, participating in the evolution of solutions from primitive but innovative black screen MSDOS programs, through isolated MS Windows applications into today’s connected cloud based apps in a variety of Technologies.
In addition to transportation, Tad has worked in a variety of Industries, including Telecommunication, Commercial and Health Insurance, as well as Property management. He was a key part of transitioning Celtic Insurance, now known as AmBetter Health into the new era of ACA health insurance.
Outside of Bytecurve, Tad can be found enjoying family time and traveling.

Brad Kraft
My primary responsibility at Bytecurve is managing new client software implementations and identifying the critical success factors to ensure a seamless transition to our products. I have a passion for helping others and analyzing systems and how they work and can be improved.
I am a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
Born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, I am an avid Chicago sports fan and enjoy attending games in my free time.

Amber Lowe
Amber is an implementation specialist here at Bytecurve where she works hand-in-hand with customers from the initial kick-off call to their final hand-off to customer support. She helps to identify key success factors to ensure a smooth transition to the software by hosting web-based trainings and Q &A sessions. Amber also works closely with the Product Support Team helping to identify and solve customer support related questions.
Amber holds degrees in both business administration and business management from Naugatuck Valley Community College and The University of New Haven respectively. She has been in the school bus industry since 2018 starting off as an office and payroll administrator for Durham School Services under National Express.

Pankaj Wadhawan
Pankaj is responsible for the technical roadmap of ByteCurve products, including the management, design, and implementation of client projects. Pankaj brings over 17 years of IT experience in designing & managing complex IT applications.
Over the last 10 years, Pankaj managed the key operational, maintenance & analytics systems at First Group America.

Brian Mann
Brian has nearly 14 years of experience at the intersection of transportation and technology. Throughout his career — including leadership roles as Director of Sales and President of busHive — Brian has championed innovation that helps school districts, school bus contractors and motorcoach operators modernize operations, elevate safety standards, and create more connected, efficient transportation ecosystems. Brian believes the future of transportation lies in intelligent systems, seamless integrations, and data-driven decision-making. He is passionate about equipping organizations with technology that not only solves today’s operational challenges but also positions them to thrive in an increasingly digital and performance-focused industry. By aligning strategy, technology, and customer experience, Brian is committed to shaping a safer, smarter, and more sustainable future for transportation.

Crystal Valdez
Crystal is a seasoned senior leader with nearly two decades of experience in professional services, implementation, and client success across the HR technology and workforce management industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Professional Services at ByteCurve LLC, she leads strategic initiatives that empower organizations to optimize processes, elevate customer satisfaction, and drive sustainable business growth. Previously, Crystal held leadership roles at Paycor and ADP, where she spearheaded large-scale client implementations, managed acquisitions representing multimillion-dollar revenue, and directed high-performing teams across global regions.
